North Yorkshire Council Roll out of knife bins

The countywide roll-out of knife bins is underway.

Following the success of a bin in Harrogate, 20 more bins are being sited in Ripon, Knaresborough, Boroughbridge, Northallerton, Stokesley, Thirsk, Tadcaster, Selby, Malton, Pickering, Scarborough, Whitby, Colburn, Richmond, Skipton and York.

We're working with City of York Council and North Yorkshire Police - York rolling out the bins to help prevent violent crime across York and North Yorkshire.
