Whether you’re starting fresh or staying on track with your fitness goals, we’ve got something for everyone
Our fully equipped gym is open daily, with instructors ready to guide you and create a tailored programme.
And our fitness classes? They cover all ages, levels and abilities – from gentle movement
to high-energy HIIT
… and everything in between!
Here’s what’s on this week
MONDAY
6pm – Air Yoga with Sheila – stretch, relax and build core strength in the silks (
members £5). Fun & Fitness with Sheila
TUESDAY
9:30am – Gentle Exercise with Laura – low impact, perfect for mobility, balance and keeping active.
6:15pm – Bootcamp with Kelly – full-body workout to build strength and stamina.
7pm – Clubbercise with Kelly – dance fitness with glowsticks & club anthems, fun guaranteed! Pure Elegance
WEDNESDAY
9:30am – HIIT Step with Clare – fast-paced step workout for cardio and fat burn.
6:15pm – Bootcamp with Kelly – push yourself with circuits, strength and endurance.
7pm – Burn & Tone with Kelly – sculpt and strengthen with a mix of cardio & conditioning. Pure Elegance
THURSDAY
6pm – Circuits with Ian – a varied class to challenge all muscle groups.
FRIDAY
10:30am – Gentle Exercise with Laura – friendly, low-impact session to improve flexibility and fitness.
Limited member spaces for Kelly’s Tuesday & Wednesday classes – be quick!
All classes included in membership (except Air Yoga, just £5 for members).
